Responsibilities

Lead our high-performance development group of ~180 team members in a dynamic Agile environment

Contribute to the long-term roadmap and detailed product development plans that support the company's strategic business plans

Define the technological vision for the development group

Provide technical and managerial guidance to the different managers in the team

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in R&D managerial roles
• Experience in managing multiple layers of management and organizations of +100 engineers
• Ability to initiate and lead large-scale processes to completion in production
• Working in a global company, Leading teams domestically and internationally, working with different organizations
• Deep understanding of consumer-facing platforms (Leading technologies: React Native, Node JS, Azure)
• Passion for product, architecture, design, testing, and performance
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Deep understanding of Agile process and relevant tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
• Exceptional presentation skills in both Hebrew and English
