Job description for this position:
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Mid/Senior Developer with a strong background in ServiceNow development and a passion for continuous learning. This role requires someone who is self-motivated, quick to learn, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and make a significant impact on our organization.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and services.
– Implement complex solutions using ServiceNow's APIs (REST), server and client-side scripting, Flow Designer, Workspaces, and UI Builder.
– Create new scoped applications and enhance existing ones.
– Collaborate with various departments to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
– Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications.
– Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.
Requirements:
– 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience with a focus on Service Portal and front-end customization.
– Expertise in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML5/CSS3, and responsive design principles.
– Experience with ITSM/CSM and other out-of-the-box (OOB) modules.
– Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
– Proficiency in English, both speaking and writing.
