For a large and stable financial organization in Tel Aviv, we are looking for a Native Android Application Developer.

Role Description:
We are seeking a Native Android Application Developer to join our team.
The role includes development and maintenance of mobile applications for private and business customers, as well as development of business features delivered directly to approximately 1.5 million application users.
You will work in a highly central team responsible for leading and shaping the core application.
The work is carried out within an agile squad environment.
Collaboration with DevOps teams, business stakeholders, and additional development teams across the division.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in mobile application development, working on native Android applications using Kotlin, Compose, and XML.

• Strong understanding of application design principles and secure development practices.

• Experience working with Git and Bitbucket, and collaborating with design tools such as Zeplin and Figma.

• Broad familiarity with the full mobile development lifecycle including architecture, build processes, publishing, and store management.

• Experience working with Compose, third-party libraries, and JFrog.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills and high motivation for research and advancement of new solutions.

• Experience working with Agile methodologies and CI/CD processes.

• Advantage: Familiarity with both platforms iOS and Android, and experience with KMP development.
