We are looking for an Engineering Manager who is:

- Lead and mentor a dedicated development team
- Ensure changes meet business needs by understanding the business and maintaining close relationships with users
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance architectures
- Solve complex problems with innovative solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize systems
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Team Lead – a must
- 7+ years of software development experience – a must
- Hands-on experience developing and managing SaaS production environments – a must
- Demonstrated leadership experience in development teams
- Strong business and product understanding
- Ability to understand and critically challenge system architecture and infrastructure in large-scale environments
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Java
- Experience with React and Oracle
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices-based systems
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Background in developing and rolling out GenAI solutions – an advantage
