We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team and lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions.

The role involves hands-on development, system architecture design, complex integrations, and close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders across sales, marketing, and customer service domains.

You will play a key role in shaping Salesforce architecture, ensuring best practices, performance, security, and long-term scalability.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience – mandatory.

• Strong experience with Salesforce clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

• Proven development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security and permission model, Flows, Dashboards and Reports, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes.

• Experience with CI/CD processes, system design, and security best practices – Azure DevOps is an advantage.

• Experience with complex third-party integrations using REST or SOAP APIs – MuleSoft is an advantage.

• Experience leading or designing complex Salesforce architectures – advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.

• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• High level of ownership, initiative, and ability to learn independently.

• Strong teamwork, time management and ability to work under pressure.
