Experienced BI Developer – Large Financial Organization (Tel Aviv)

A large and stable financial organization in Tel Aviv is looking for an experienced BI Developer to join its CTO division.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a BI Developer to join the CTO organization. The role involves designing and developing advanced BI dashboards and solutions based on data integration from multiple and diverse sources.
The position includes initiating and leading development-supporting processes and driving business KPIs.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams across the organization to deliver meaningful business insights.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a BI Developer

• Strong hands-on experience with Qlik Sense – mandatory

• Excellent SQL skills, including the ability to read and write complex queries

• Experience working with Data Lake technologies and Python – mandatory

• Familiarity with CI/CD processes – an advantage

• Experience with Atlassian products – an advantage

• High sense of responsibility, independence, strong organizational skills, initiative, diligence, and high energy

• Strong ownership mentality, high self-learning capabilities, and strong motivation for professional and technological growth

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team
