Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Design and build BI environments from source systems, including requirements analysis and ETL processes into a central DWH

• Strong integrative thinking with experience in business needs analysis and user collaboration

• Ability to independently lead complex business initiatives and drive solutions end-to-end

• High-level SQL proficiency

• Experience with BI front-end tools is an advantage (e.g., Business Objects)

Additional Advantages:

• Experience with Microsoft OLAP cube design and modeling

• Familiarity with operational BI and real-time BI systems

• Experience with payroll and HR data models

Experience & Education:

• 4+ years of experience in IT/technology project management

• Academic degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Industrial Engineering & Management (Information Systems specialization), or

  • Any bachelor’s degree plus advanced computer systems/IT courses totaling at least 300 hours, or

  • Advanced training courses in system development/IT totaling at least 150 hours, or

  • Diploma in Computer/Technology studies
