We are seeking a Senior Test and Integration lead to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the quality standards of our large-scale OSS platform. As a Test Architect you will define and drive quality strategies throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring our solutions meet the highest standards of software quality.
In this role, you will develop and implement high-quality work procedures, orchestrate and implement manual and automated testing, and lead the team in pursuing continuous quality improvement.
You will collaborate closely with product, development, and system architects – from requirements gathering through release, including bug management and observability.

As a Test Architect you will define and drive quality strategies throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring our solutions meet the highest standards of software quality.
In this role, you will develop and implement high-quality work procedures, orchestrate and implement manual and automated testing, and lead the team in pursuing continuous quality improvement.
You will collaborate closely with product, development, and system architects – from requirements gathering through release, including bug management and observability.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Integration between OSS components
- Lead quality efforts across multiple interfaces with a proactive, assertive approach, serving as the key point of contact for all quality-related matters
- Define, implement, and manage QA processes, promoting a quality-driven culture and managing the quality backlog
- Set the overall testing strategy and tooling stack for integration, regression testing
- Champion an automation-first mindset – collaborating with developers to ensure code is testable and observable
- Conduct root cause analysis for escaped bugs and define corrective actions for continuous improvement
- Track CI quality metrics and dashboards (e.g., build stability, test flakiness, regression coverage)
- Guide decisions regarding test environments, mocks and test data
- Collaborate with centralized quality groups to ensure end-to-end test coverage
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in QA roles, including hands-on automation experience – a must
- Deep understand and relevant experience in networking – a must
- Proven experience building QA practices for large-scale systems
- Proven experience leading testing on web-based applications deployed on Azure or AWS – a must
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Proven debug skills on system level
- Proven experience with AI technologies to improve testing life cycle
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across multiple integrations and with external stakeholders
- Background or experience in software development or test leadership – advantage
- Experience in Operation Support System (OSS ) testing – advantage
- Experience with ETL processes – advantage
