Role Overview:

• End-to-end ownership of product development, delivery, and lifecycle management

• Gathering and analyzing business and technological requirements across the division and leading product solutions

• Defining and driving the roadmap while managing the backlog, prioritizing capabilities based on business value, user experience, and short time-to-market

• Leading complex technological projects in collaboration with development, infrastructure, DevOps, and additional teams

• Ongoing research of trends and solutions within the Developer Experience domain

• Monitoring performance, analyzing user behavior, and continuously improving product value

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of significant experience in technological product management and or managing complex multi-stakeholder projects

• Ability to combine strategic vision with strong delivery and execution capabilities

• Proven ability to influence without authority and effectively manage diverse stakeholders

• Strong ownership mindset, high initiative, and ability to work independently end-to-end

• Deep familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies

• Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and Splunk

• Background in software development or a similar technological role – an advantage

הובלת פרויקטים טכנולוגיים מורכבים מול צוותי פיתוח, תשתיות, DevOpsועוד.
מחקר מתמשך של טרנדים ופתרונות בעולמות ה-Developer Experience.
ניטור ביצועים, ניתוח התנהגות משתמשים ושיפור מתמיד של ערך המוצר.

דרישות התפקיד:
מביא/ה ניסיון משמעותי בניהול מוצרים טכנולוגיים ו/או ניהול פרויקטים מורכבים מרובי ממשקים- לפחות 5+ שנים.
יודע/ת להחזיק ראייה אסטרטגית לצד יכולת דליברי וExecution.
בעל/ת יכולת השפעה ללא סמכות וניהול ממשקים אפקטיבי מול גורמים מגוונים.
,Ownership Mindset יוזמה גבוהה ויכולת עבודה עצמאית מקצה לקצה.
מחזיק/ה בהיכרות מעמיקה עם מתודולוגיות עבודה בסביבת Agile ו‑.Scrum
בעל/ת ניסיון עם כלי ניטור כגון Dynatrace ו‑ .Splunk
מכיר/ה את עולם הפיתוח כמפתח/ת או תפקיד טכנולוגי דומה- יתרון.
